Carlisle Town Hall Carlisle Town Election. Polls will be open at Town Hall for Carlisle's Annual Town Election on Tuesday, June 13, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. This year there are 16 candidates running for election. Three races are contested: Bill Risso, Kate Reid and Nathan Brown are running for two openings on the Board of Selectmen; Skip Campbell, David Model, Christine Lear and Shannon Lavery are running for two openings on the Carlisle School Committee; and Christine Stevens and Steve Golson are competing for the position of Library Trustee.
